• Manage the product roadmap for a specific range of AI capabilities within the broader CenterWell AI portfolio.
• Assess AI use cases with regard to our priorities, clinical outcomes, and operational requirements.
• Convert complex business challenges into well-defined product requirements, value hypotheses, and success metrics.
• Perform market and technology research to remain updated on AI trends in healthcare and evaluate new tools, platforms, and vendors.
• Collaborate across AI, automation, and generative AI initiatives to develop cohesive end-to-end solutions.
• Lead cross-segment AI pilot projects from conception through validation, deployment, and adoption.
• Establish testing and validation strategies that evaluate both technical performance and practical utility.
• Maintain a business-aligned AI backlog, prioritizing tasks based on impact, feasibility, risk, and organizational capacity.
• Partner with data science and IT teams to ensure AI solutions are ready for production and scalable.
• Oversee the complete ownership of assigned AI products from launch to ongoing performance monitoring.
• Build relationships with clinical, operational, and functional partners through transparency, collaboration, and proven results.
• Communicate AI capabilities, risks, and suitable use cases to partners and end-users.
• Engage with governance, compliance, and validation processes, considering aspects such as bias, accuracy, and regulatory constraints in healthcare.
• Establish clear success metrics and value assessments for AI products, including clinical, experience, and financial outcomes.
• Create tracking and reporting systems to showcase progress and return on investment to senior partners.
• Leverage data and feedback to guide iteration, decommissioning, or scaling decisions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, AI and ML product development, or similar technical roles.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong technical foundation in AI and ML concepts, including model types, training methodologies, evaluation metrics, and deployment considerations.
• Proven experience in delivering AI-powered products from inception to production.
• Familiarity with AI governance, model validation, and regulatory or compliance requirements.
