β€’ Oversee the design and development of an AI-driven Observability platform.

β€’ Propel innovation and automation within hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

β€’ Architect and deploy comprehensive observability solutions encompassing logs, metrics, traces, and events.

β€’ Create AIOps frameworks that minimize noise, automate workflows, and enhance incident response times.

β€’ Generate real-time insights and health analytics to guarantee system reliability, scalability, and performance.

β€’ Advocate for standardization, reusable patterns, and platform scalability throughout the organization.

β€’ Effectively convey technical concepts and strategies to both technical and executive audiences.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of engineering experience in developing software, platforms, or automation solutions, with a strong focus on observability and distributed systems.

β€’ At least 4 years of direct experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, or OTEL.

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of software development experience utilizing Java (Spring Boot), Python, Node.js, or React.

β€’ More than 2 years of practical experience in building agentic AI systems, including autonomous agents, AI workflows, or AI-native applications.

β€’ Demonstrated capability to design and implement AI-driven automation and AIOps solutions.

β€’ Experience in integrating LLMs, orchestration frameworks, or AI pipelines into production environments.

β€’ Strong background in Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.

β€’ Practical experience in hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud) across both Linux and Windows platforms.

β€’ Proficiency in API development, event-driven systems, and microservices architecture.

β€’ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps methodologies.

β€’ Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on automation and innovation.

β€’ Outstanding communication skills to articulate intricate technical solutions.

β€’ A strong enthusiasm for emerging technologies, especially AI in observability and operations.
