This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Construct and enhance web experiences for buyers and administrative functions.
• Create dashboards, reporting tools, and features for data visualization.
• Design and execute workflows and product functionalities backed by SQL.
• Integrate both internal and third-party REST APIs.
• Collaborate closely with founders and stakeholders to convert business requirements into product features.
• Enhance usability, performance, reliability, and maintainability throughout the platform.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and participate in product roadmap discussions.
• Utilize modern AI-assisted development tools to speed up delivery and boost engineering productivity.
• Operate with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy in a dynamic startup setting.
• Over 5 years of experience in developing customer-facing SaaS products, marketplaces, dashboards, admin portals, analytics platforms, or B2B web applications.
• Demonstrated capability to independently deliver product features from conception to production.
• Extensive experience in building responsive and user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of browser fundamentals and contemporary web development practices.
• Experience in designing and utilizing REST APIs.
• Familiar with integrating third-party services and data sources.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational database systems.
• Comfortable engaging with data-intensive applications and business workflows.
• Proficient in using Git and current development workflows.
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to balance speed and quality in a startup environment.
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong sense of accountability and product ownership.
• Experience with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools in the software development lifecycle.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Supabase or PostgREST.
• Nice to have: Experience with data visualization libraries like ECharts, D3, Chart.js, Recharts, or similar.
• Nice to have: Experience with Docker and modern deployment methods.
• Nice to have: Background in building data marketplaces, analytics platforms, or B2B products aimed at buyers.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Snowflake Marketplace or comparable data ecosystems.
• Nice to have: Exposure to JVM-based technologies or Scala.
• Nice to have: Understanding of data science, survey methodology, cryptography, identity systems, or Web3 technologies.
