Lead Product Analyst – Medicaid Drug Rebate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Design and implement high-quality, scalable applications for Medicaid Drug Rebate.

• Lead initiatives to collaborate with development and product teams to enhance intricate workflows.

• Develop user-friendly, accessible, and engaging interfaces.

• Work closely with various stakeholder groups throughout the company's Pharmacy enterprise.

• Foster client relationships and offer expertise in business processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Medicaid drug rebate solutions and associated business processes.

• Proficient in querying RDBMS databases such as SQL Server and Oracle.

• Familiarity with Medicaid Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI), or handling Change Requests.

• Proven experience in creating workflows to enhance business processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for design, development, testing, and defect resolution.
