Lead Product Analyst – Medicaid Drug Rebate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Design and implement high-quality, scalable applications for Medicaid Drug Rebate.

• Spearhead initiatives to enhance workflows and develop user-friendly interfaces.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the product development process.

• Uphold standards for drug rebate solutions across various implementations.

• Conduct trend analyses, forecasts, and impact assessments to aid client fiscal strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting State or Federal reporting, with a preference for those with healthcare or Medicaid drug rebate experience.

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including trend analysis, forecasting, impact assessments, root cause analysis, and generating insights to bolster client fiscal strategies.

• Intermediate proficiency with SQL Server and Oracle databases, encompassing querying, data modeling, and reporting; experience with SSRS is advantageous.

• Advanced skills in Excel, including Power Pivot and DAX measures; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

• Proven experience in gathering and managing client requirements, merging quantitative and qualitative analyses into impactful reports and presentations, and applying robust problem-solving skills for solution design, testing, and defect resolution.
