Lead Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee internal and external teams across various locations to ensure production timelines are met while delivering projects that align with quality, time, and budget standards.

• Assist the Creative Director in sustaining a unified creative vision throughout the entire development process.

• Collaborate closely with Producers to establish product budgets and timelines for the team.

• Work in partnership with the VP of Product to guarantee that essential development procedures are consistently followed.

• Guide and mentor producers at all levels within the team, showing a strong commitment to their professional growth and career advancement.

• Ensure that clear objectives are established for the team from one milestone to the next, making certain they are understood and executed effectively.

• Organize and support focus testing, outsourcing, and collaboration with other external entities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in internal game development.

• Proven experience in building and leading teams across multiple locations.

• Experience in developing AAA Games.

• Comfortable in guiding and managing staff across both production and creative areas, ensuring a balanced dynamic.

• An outstanding communicator and emotionally intelligent leader capable of uniting a team.

• A composed and steady presence adept at managing complex challenges with poise.

• Ability to engage with all levels of the organization effectively.

• Resourceful, self-driven, and able to work independently.

• Skilled in balancing production and creative demands to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Ability to identify and analyze risks while offering solutions for mitigation.
