This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Contribute significantly to daily operations as directed by leadership.
• Train new hires, cross trainees, and current team members who need additional assistance on department tasks.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating cross training by communicating and scheduling with designated trainees.
• Offer a high level of subject matter expertise to the department in support of continuous improvement initiatives, including the development of training guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Aid leadership in assessing and enhancing the performance of team members.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Demonstrated experience with departmental workflows and processes.
• Highly preferred: Prior experience with operational workflows and processes in the assigned department.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrates strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of adjudicating claims and effectively resolving rejections.
• Ability to adapt to various training outcomes.
• Employs strategic planning to create training schedules/programs that align with departmental goals and expectations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and support various operations-related aspects.
