Lead Platform Engineer – Customer Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will create and execute integrations between our product, meshStack, and the intricate enterprise system landscapes of our clients.

• You will engage directly in production cloud environments, develop reusable components, and ensure that internal platforms evolve in a clean, scalable, and sustainable manner.

• You will organize integration projects, provide technical guidance to clients, and take full responsibility for implementation from start to finish.

• You will guarantee that meshStack is integrated smoothly into existing enterprise architectures, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

• You will design and implement integrations between meshStack and enterprise systems, including IAM, ITSM, SIEM, or governance tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in platform, DevOps, or cloud engineering, with direct customer interaction or consulting experience.

• Extensive hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform / OpenTofu).

• Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes.

• Experience in integrating enterprise systems (IAM, ITSM, governance, etc.).

• Ability to independently execute technical projects with clear ownership.

• Native-level proficiency in German (C2) and fluent English (C1).
