Lead PHP/React Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive technical management and continuous development of our software ecosystem.

• Conceptualize, design, and plan new software initiatives from the initial concept through to technical execution.

• Provide technical leadership to the development team, focusing on prioritization, guidance, and decision-making regarding architectural issues.

• Maintain quality standards through code reviews and the enhancement of best practices within the team.

• Extensive experience in developing intricate web applications using PHP and React as the JavaScript framework.

• Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, and planning for scalable applications.

• Demonstrated experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.

• Competent in managing code quality, testing, deployment, and version control processes.

• Exceptional ability to make technical decisions and articulate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in envisioning and delivering new software projects, including effort estimation and technical roadmaps.

• High level of accountability, methodical working approach, and a dedication to promoting technological advancements within the organization.
