This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of and drive partner-led CAI bookings and pipeline expansion across the APJC region.
• Convert global go-to-market priorities into localized partner execution strategies that respond to market dynamics.
• Lead and nurture the CAI Partner Sales team, enhancing performance and building capabilities.
• Establish and maintain executive relationships (CXO-level) with key strategic partners and ecosystem participants.
• Propel sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with initiatives throughout the partner ecosystem.
• Oversee account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management activities.
• Collaborate with alliance partners to pinpoint growth opportunities and coordinate joint campaign planning and execution.
• Organize and engage in quarterly reviews, both internally and externally.
• Transform market insights into actionable strategies for growth.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 15 years of pertinent experience in enterprise sales, partner management, or ecosystem leadership.
• Extensive experience in crafting and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and increasing revenue for innovative technology solutions.
• Proven track record in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to effectively communicate key architectural solutions to CXO-level decision-makers, demonstrating both technical expertise and business insight.
• Strong understanding of full-stack AI infrastructure solutions and the vendor/ecosystem landscape.
• Documented success in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
