Lead .Net Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive full stack applications.

• Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and mentor team members.

• Establish and uphold development standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.

• Create robust backend systems utilizing .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET, and MVC architecture (required).

• Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive front-end applications using JavaScript and Angular.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs while integrating with external systems.

• Create and execute solutions that align with US Healthcare processes and compliance standards.

• Work with healthcare data standards including HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and EDI transactions (837/835).

• Ensure data privacy, security, and adherence to regulatory compliance across applications.

• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

• Contribute to decisions regarding microservices and cloud-based architectures.

• Optimize system performance to ensure high availability.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and healthcare stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and UI/UX designers.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and adhere to DevOps best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in the US Healthcare domain.

• Familiarity with FHIR.

• Proficiency in .NET Web API development.

• Experience in building .NET Web APIs from the ground up, covering API design, implementation, and best practices.

• Solid understanding of microservices concepts, including service boundaries, communication patterns, and error handling.

• Experience with any cloud platform, preferably AWS, including deployment or interaction with cloud-hosted services.

• Strong knowledge of Git workflows and branching strategies.

• High-level understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment methodologies.

• Experience with system design, encompassing:

• API design (REST principles, versioning, contracts).

• Database design (schema design, relationships, performance considerations).
