Lead Model Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee full client engagements, offering expert advice and support for large-scale projects.

• Develop, construct, and design user-friendly, multi-dimensional Anaplan models for significant systems.

• Leverage Anaplan and finance expertise to facilitate requirements gathering sessions, ensuring thorough solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on various projects across multiple engagements.

• Design and structure use cases, delivering complex solutions that align with client requirements.

• Conduct client workshops focused on training, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment.

• Achieve or surpass the established target for billable hours by managing time and workload effectively.

• Guide team members and provide leadership to Anaplan model builders, promoting their growth.

• Engage in strategic initiatives as necessary, aiding the company's expansion and progress.

• Actively support business development efforts, pinpointing opportunities and contributing to proposals.

• Ensure billable utilization targets are achieved, upholding high delivery excellence standards.

• Meet project deadlines, guaranteeing timely and precise completion of deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Finance, Analysis, or a similar discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in project management, consulting, or technical roles.

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) level knowledge: In-depth understanding of industry and best practices for solution development.

• Experience Level: Significant experience in model building/design, with proficiency in leading and crafting complex, enterprise-level solutions.

• Supervision: Independently manages enterprise engagements and provides strategic oversight.

• Business Development: Proven track record in business development activities, uncovering new opportunities, and enhancing client engagements.

• Mentorship: Background in mentoring and developing junior consultants and team members.

• Certification: Anaplan Model Builder certification, with considerable progress towards Solution Architect certification.
