Lead Lean Engineering Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Lean improvement initiatives for the Grid Automation division across LATAM, enhancing performance throughout the entire value stream.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and resolve bottlenecks, rework causes, planning deficiencies, process fragmentation, and execution risks.

• Implement Lean methodologies to shorten lead times, improve process flow, increase execution predictability, and optimize resource use.

• Develop and maintain Lean Daily Management practices, such as visual management, KPI evaluations, operational governance, and action-tracking protocols.

• Lead Kaizen events, problem-solving workshops, and continuous improvement projects to foster collaboration, operational discipline, and sustainable business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.

• Extensive experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, and Business Process Improvement methodologies.

• Proven expertise in Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis, Standard Work, Kaizen, Visual Management, and Lean Daily Management systems.

• Demonstrated success in driving comprehensive process improvements across Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Field Execution environments.

• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish; experience in Grid Automation, Electrification, Power Systems, or other industrial technology sectors is preferred.
