⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in the IT sector.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Back-end Development using Java.

• Profound knowledge of the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, REST/gRPC), reactive patterns, and JVM internals (memory barriers, JIT compilation, and Heap management).

• Exceptional proficiency in utilizing Agentic AI tools such as Cursor IDE and GitHub Copilot to expedite code development, refactoring, and complex debugging.

• Professional working knowledge of C++ would be advantageous.

• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Redis caching layers, and Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.

• Daily usage of GitLab CI pipelines and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) is second nature to you.

• Familiarity with distributed systems and the monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger) necessary for maintaining their health.

• Exceptional ability to write well-structured, testable, and efficient code by adhering to best software development practices.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Candidates must reside in Portugal or be willing and legally eligible to live and work there.
