This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

• Oversee and execute the installation, programming, and testing of security and CCTV systems.

• Guide and mentor members of the installation team, ensuring high standards of work quality and adherence to safety protocols.

• Analyze and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

• Identify and resolve technical issues during and post-installation.

• Keep precise records of system configurations and project completions.

• Engage in effective communication with clients, contractors, and project managers.

• Ensure the proper maintenance of company tools, equipment, and vehicles.

• Travel to client locations as necessary (regionally and/or nationally).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the installation and servicing of security systems.

• Comprehensive knowledge of low-voltage wiring, networking, and electronic security systems.

• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor others.

• Professional communication skills and a commitment to customer service.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
