Lead Informatica Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and upkeep of production, development, and testing platforms, as well as reference-data configuration elements on the global Customer Data Master platform.

• Create and sustain the Customer Data Master utilizing Informatica C360.

• Analyze entity, attribute, and hierarchy lists, and provide design suggestions for C360 data modeling and development.

• Construct, evaluate, and implement additional data attributes along with necessary data model and data mapping extensions.

• Build, assess, and implement modifications to source-data ingresses and egresses due to CDM data alterations.

• Deliver ingress and egress CDI/API process designs following recommended patterns for SAP, Snowflake, Adobe, Treasure Data, Mulesoft, and Salesforce.

• Devise and implement best practices for Data Quality, match and merge, survivorship, and data enrichment for C360.

• Design and deliver workflows and CAI/API components for C360 and R360.

• Configure secure agents, network settings, SSO, and user provisioning in collaboration with Lead Users.

• Provide and manage user-role definitions and reference data.

• Engage in solutioning and design discussions.

• Perform reviews and health assessments on sprint deliverables and showcase C360 functionalities to project and business teams.

• Aid the CDM team with specialized knowledge of C360 and customer data.

• Ensure the quality and integrity of the Customer Master Database through testing and validation.

• Support compliance with GDPR and CCPA, while establishing and testing security measures to protect customer information.

• Maintain user manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.

• Develop and continually enhance the end-to-end customer data management process.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience.

• Practical experience with the Informatica CDM platform, ideally the SaaS version, using Customer360, Business360, Reference360, Data Quality, and Administration.

• Demonstrated experience in building/configuring, testing, and deploying Informatica CDM C360.

• Proven track record in designing and developing CDI data integrations, including both ingresses and egresses.

• Fundamental SQL abilities.

• Capacity to organize and structure development/configuration, testing, and deployment tasks in both agile and waterfall delivery models.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in an Agile development setting.

• Basic understanding of data privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA, along with experience in implementing security measures.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

• Knowledge of Snowflake, Salesforce, SAP, or Treasure Data is a plus.

• Certifications in Cloud Data Integration or Cloud Application Integration; Informatica certification is an added advantage.
