Lead HRBP – Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate the Business HRBP team.

• Ensure effective operational management of the scope: prioritize issues, guarantee execution, and monitor progress and quality of delivery.

• Act as the primary point of contact for daily operational inquiries within the team.

• Oversee monitoring and evaluation of team performance: set clear expectations, track the achievement of objectives, identify potential risks of underperformance, and implement appropriate measures.

• Serve as the liaison between the Head of HRBP and HRBPs: communicate decisions and raise early warning signals.

• Identify development needs (skills, behaviors, methods) and recommend suitable actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an HRBP, preferably in a high-growth setting.

• Management experience with the capability to develop a team (coaching, establishing standards, structuring).

• Strong stakeholder management abilities: influence, challenge, engage, and foster alignment.

• Solid understanding of HR fundamentals: performance management, talent management, organizational design, change support, and individual employee matters.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, a fast-paced environment, and rapidly changing contexts.

• Professional proficiency in English (suitable for an international setting).
