This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of GTM analytics within your area of responsibility

• Develop strategies throughout the funnel

• Lead the pod effectively

• Create AI-driven tools that generate additional value

• Test new channels for growth

• Enhance impact utilizing AI

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or operations

• Strong numerical skills, with a preference for additional technical qualifications or education

• Proficiency in Claude is essential, and skills in SQL/Python are advantageous!

• Understanding of the operational dynamics of Sales or Marketing teams

• Previous experience managing a team of analysts is desirable, or a willingness to embrace that opportunity
