Lead Generative AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist in designing intelligent solutions that integrate Generative AI, automation, and data to address real business challenges across various industries.

• Collaborate with seasoned consultants, engineers, and AI experts, acquiring practical experience in creating prototypes, constructing AI workflows, and investigating the future of intelligent systems.

• Supervise a team of junior AI consultants or interns in executing the projects prioritized in the backlog.

• Create and develop AI agents, assistants, and intelligent workflows that fulfill genuine business requirements.

• Facilitate the automation of both internal and client processes utilizing Generative AI technologies and contemporary AI platforms.

• Investigate emerging AI capabilities, such as LLMs, copilots, automation frameworks, and intelligent orchestration tools.

• Work in partnership with Data, AI, and business teams to convert opportunities into actionable technical solutions.

• Construct prototypes, proofs of concept (PoCs), and demonstrations that confirm new AI use cases.

• Contribute to the documentation of architectures, insights, implementation patterns, and reusable best practices.

• Evaluate business processes and pinpoint opportunities where AI can enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

• Engage in innovation initiatives that assess new models, tools, and AI capabilities prior to their deployment in production.

• Cultivate a consulting mindset by merging technical experimentation with quantifiable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Strong enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Data, and emerging technologies.

• Proficient in English, with the capability to collaborate with international teams.

• AI certifications, technical training, or participation in hackathons are considered advantageous.

• Practical experience with projects centered on the Claude Anthropic environment (Claude, Claude Code, Claude Skills, Plugins, or similar AI ecosystems).

• Involvement in real-world projects associated with generative AI.

• Experience in developing AI agents using Python and other technologies.

• Analytical mindset coupled with strong problem-solving skills.

• Curiosity regarding the exploration of Generative AI, intelligent automation, and AI-driven workflows.

• Capability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Interest in rapid prototyping, experimentation, and ongoing learning.

• Understanding of business processes and the role of technology in optimizing them.

• Well-structured communication skills to document solutions and articulate technical ideas clearly.
