Lead Generation Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement targeted outreach initiatives in HubSpot utilizing email, LinkedIn, phone, and various outreach platforms.

• Present the A & A solution and pinpoint the appropriate buyers within the target audience.

• Identify essential decision-makers and buying committees.

• Perform needs assessments to reveal prospect challenges and align them with A & A's service solutions.

• Establish and nurture prospect relationships through regular follow-ups.

• Collaborate with the Sales Leader to expand the pipeline and achieve quarterly revenue objectives.

• Allocate promising leads to BDRs and Account Executives.

• Suggest and evaluate new customer acquisition channels.

• Prepare and scrutinize sales pipeline reports, dashboards, and campaign effectiveness.

• Follow up on incoming leads and research potential prospects.

• Continuously enhance lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign return on investment (ROI).

• Centralize lead generation, campaign execution, reporting, automation, and sales operations within HubSpot.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation and marketing.

• Marketing diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales and activity targets.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Self-motivated individual who excels at engaging decision-makers and fostering relationships.

• Proficient in HubSpot CRM, workflows, and email marketing campaigns.

• Skilled in Google Workspace.

• Experience in setting up email campaigns and marketing initiatives.

• Background in supporting a B2B sales organization, ideally in Sales Operations, Marketing, or Demand Generation.

• Familiarity with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo is a plus.
