Lead Functional Analyst – AEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Establish and manage functional analysis models, templates, and documentation standards.

• Convert business requirements into functional designs that comply with AEMaaCS/EDS.

• Create and sustain authoring guidelines along with operational manuals.

• Design and conduct training sessions for authors and support teams, mentoring fellow analysts.

• Enhance the reuse of functional patterns to accelerate large-scale migrations.

• Comprehensive understanding of AEM and content models.

• Strong expertise in functional analysis and documentation within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

• Capability to balance standardization with the adaptability required to develop scalable solutions.

• A strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
