Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Direct the design, development, and implementation of scalable full stack applications and microservices.

• Create modern front-end experiences utilizing React and/or Angular.

• Take ownership of and lead the delivery of intricate features.

• Provide technical leadership for solution architecture.

• Produce high-quality, maintainable code while promoting engineering best practices.

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues in production environments.

• Participate in a shared on-call rotation and offer production support.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to fellow engineers.

• Collaborate with architects, product partners, and business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Extensive experience in full stack development.

• Proven record of technical leadership.

• Strong back-end proficiency in Java.

• Practical experience in building RESTful services using Spring Boot.

• Solid front-end experience with React and/or Angular.

• Experience in designing secure, scalable APIs and systems.

• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries.

• Familiarity with cloud-native development and DevOps practices.

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
