• Enhancing our China Squad's capacity to provide outstanding products specifically designed for the Chinese market.

• Serving as a senior technical contributor and mentor to team members.

• Merging practical development experience with steering technical decisions.

• Executing intricate features while guiding other engineers and upholding high engineering standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of comprehensive full-stack development experience with a strong command of both frontend and backend technologies.

• Extensive expertise in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript.

• Practical experience in developing WeChat Mini-Programs and integrating with the WeChat ecosystem.

• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese with a profound understanding of Chinese business culture.

• Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with international teams.

• Familiarity with Chinese payment systems such as WeChat Pay, Alipay, and UnionPay.

• Strong capability to grasp business requirements and a genuine enthusiasm for addressing customer challenges.
