Lead Full Stack Engineer – .Net, Vue/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our insurance enterprise software solutions, providing technical leadership to the team.

• Exhibit proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, guiding technology selection, architecture, and best practices.

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to comprehend requirements and technical concepts, ensuring cohesive and effective solutions with a seamless user experience.

• Enhance platform performance to manage large datasets and high user traffic, guaranteeing a smooth and responsive user experience.

• Lead code reviews, promote best coding practices, and drive the adoption of standards to sustain high code quality.

• Investigate and swiftly resolve bugs to maintain platform reliability.

• Ensure security and compliance by adhering to best practices for securing web applications and following relevant regulations.

• Design the platform with scalability and flexibility in mind, accommodating evolving features and changes as the user base expands.

• Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior developers, fostering their growth and contribution to the team's goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proven track record of 8+ years as a Full Stack Engineer, with experience leading complex SaaS applications.

• Strong technical expertise with proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, including JavaScript, Vue, .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.

• At least 2 years in a lead or managerial role, capable of guiding and ensuring the development of teams.

• Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure robust and well-tested code.

• Extensive knowledge of web security best practices and experience in maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

• Proven experience in performance optimization for high-traffic web applications.

• Strong foundation in RESTful API design patterns.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for building scalable applications.

• Experience with container technologies like Docker and a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and bug resolution.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical team members from diverse backgrounds.

• A genuine passion for keeping abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in software development.
