Lead Full Stack Engineer – Marketing Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee a diverse range of technology projects and manage a team of developers with extensive expertise in distributed microservices and full-stack systems to develop solutions that fulfill the company's regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrate your enthusiasm for keeping abreast of technological advancements, exploring and acquiring new skills, engaging in both internal and external tech communities, and mentoring fellow engineering professionals.

• Work closely with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that provide impactful experiences, helping millions of Americans attain financial empowerment.

• Leverage programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, alongside Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience is not applicable).

• At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).

• Master’s Degree (Preferred).

• Over 2 years of experience with Marketing Automation Systems (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) (Preferred).

• More than 7 years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (Preferred).

• At least 3 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or other cloud services (Preferred).

• Over 4 years of experience in open source frameworks (Preferred).

• At least 1 year of people management experience (Preferred).

• More than 2 years of experience in Agile methodologies (Preferred).
