Lead Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and execution of large-scale enterprise applications and services.

• Establish and uphold application architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and best practices in development.

• Offer technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Assess technical designs, code, and implementation strategies to guarantee quality, maintainability, and scalability.

• Act as the technical subject matter expert in full-stack development and cloud technologies.

• Create and develop scalable web applications utilizing .NET, Java, Angular, and AWS services.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions.

• Develop cloud-native and serverless architectures using AWS services.

• Analyze emerging technologies and propose solutions that align with business and technology strategies.

• Ensure applications fulfill performance, security, reliability, and compliance standards.

• Mentor and guide developers on technical skills, software design, and development best practices.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Promote the adoption of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of software development experience demonstrating proven technical leadership.

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET (Core/Framework), Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.

• Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

• Solid grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.

• Practical experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway).

• Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

• Experience with version control and release tools like Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.

• Background working within Agile, SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps environments.

• Knowledge of containerization and contemporary tooling (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with event-driven architecture, Infrastructure as Code, and monitoring tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities, with a capacity to influence technical direction and foster team success.
