Lead Full Stack Developer, 10+ Years

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain comprehensive full-stack web applications.

• Create responsive user interfaces utilizing **React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3**.

• Develop backend microservices with **Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud**.

• Design and integrate **RESTful APIs** along with enterprise system integrations.

• Deploy and support cloud-native applications on **Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes (AKS)**.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Engage in CI/CD processes, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• **10+ years** of experience in full-stack software development.

• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• **Required Technical Skills**

• - **Frontend:** ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

• - **Backend:** Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Microservices

• - **APIs:** REST, OpenAPI/Swagger, JSON

• - **Cloud:** Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes (AKS)

• - **DevOps:** Azure DevOps, Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD

• - **Databases:** PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Hibernate/JPA

• **Preferred Qualifications**

• - Familiarity with **Camunda BPM** and **Drools Rule Engine**.

• - Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or claims processing.

• - Proven track record of building cloud-native, API-driven enterprise applications.
