Lead Flutter Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Hands-on Engineering: Spearhead core mobile development by crafting clean, highly testable code in Flutter and Dart.

• Architecture Mastery: Define, document, and enhance mobile app patterns in collaboration with the engineering team.

• Elevate Observability: Take ownership of application health monitoring by refining and upgrading our tracking configurations (Sentry and Grafana).

• Evolve CI/CD Systems: Lead the charge on our automated compilation, signing, and delivery infrastructure, enhancing pipelines as necessary.

• Establish Production Standards: Create and implement clean, predictable processes for code reviews, code freezes, and public app store releases.

• Drive Quality Strategies: Review our current end-to-end test suites and establish modern testing patterns to safeguard our release boundaries.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Mobile Engineering, including 2+ years in leading architectures, release environments, or making key technical decisions.

• Deep Flutter Experience: A solid history of shipping and maintaining large-scale production applications utilizing Flutter and Dart.

• Pipeline Competency: Direct experience in building, managing, or significantly enhancing mobile CI/CD automated distribution pipelines.

• Backend Mindset (Node.js preferred): Strong fullstack capabilities with experience in Node.js — we welcome pure mobile specialists who are eager to learn our backend ecosystem and grow into fullstack roles.

• Process Leadership Focus: Comfortable driving technical initiatives, drafting architecture RFCs, and setting standards within a flat, engineering-focused team.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Highly organized, proactive, and an exceptional communicator who flourishes in collaborative team environments.

• Must have: Time Zone Alignment: Willingness to work regular day hours with the flexibility to remain available until 5:00–6:00 PM CET for emergency deployments and collaborative syncs with the South American team.
