Lead Financial Analyst – Strategic CFO Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Evaluate performance metrics, create forecasting models, and deliver strategic insights that promote growth across our SDA, Disability Services, Community Care, and NDIS sectors.

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to facilitate informed decision-making and enhance business performance.

• Design and sustain advanced financial models utilizing Excel's capabilities, including forecasting models, three-way financial models, cash flow projections, and discounted cash flow (DCF) valuations.

• Generate precise financial reports, conduct month-end analyses, and develop management dashboards.

• Convert intricate financial data into straightforward insights and actionable recommendations.

• Develop polished PowerPoint presentations, board packs, and reporting materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of total experience, with at least 1-2 years in a senior, lead, or managerial capacity.

• Proficient Excel skills, including financial modeling, PivotTables, complex formulas, and analysis of large datasets.

• Practical experience with Xero and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication skills: fluent in written and spoken English, with the capability to effectively present financial information to stakeholders.

• Reliable Internet Connection: stable fiber connectivity with a minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps.

• Practical experience with Fathom HQ is a plus.

• Prior experience working with Australian clients is an advantage.

• Previous involvement in feasibility studies, business acquisitions, and valuations.
