Lead Financial Analyst – Mergers & Acquisitions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• M&A Financial Modelling & Valuation – Design and sustain complex, dynamic financial models utilizing advanced Excel functionalities.

• Transaction Insights & Due Diligence Support – Examine target company financial information, historical performance, and earnings quality to produce precise financial reports.

• Deal Materials & Stakeholder Communication – Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), pitch books, and board packs.

• Business Performance & Corporate Finance Advisory – Assess target performance and deliver actionable strategic recommendations.

• Advisory & Deal Collaboration – Collaborate closely with clients, operators, and leadership teams within our NDIS and disability services portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of overall experience, including at least 1-2 years in a senior, leading, or managerial position.

• Advanced Excel proficiency, encompassing financial modelling, PivotTables, complex formulas, and large data analysis, along with practical experience with Xero and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication skills: fluent in written and spoken English, capable of effectively presenting financial information to stakeholders.

• Strong Internet Connection: reliable fiber connectivity with a minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps.

• Previous experience with Australian clients, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance/transaction services, or consulting is a plus.

• Prior experience in feasibility studies, business acquisitions, and valuations.
