Lead Enterprise Revenue Architect

📋 Description

• Revenue Transformation Strategy: Collaborate with senior GTM leaders to develop and implement strategies that modernize revenue operations utilizing Gong’s AIOS.

• Workflow Architecture: Analyze current customer processes and create AI-driven workflows that lead to revenue results.

• Adoption and Change Management: Implement initiatives that encourage behavioral change and integrate Gong into the daily routines of teams.

• Value Realization: Leverage data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes that showcase Gong’s ROI and strategic significance.

• Renewal and Expansion Management: Take charge of the renewal strategy and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.

• Proven track record in maintaining relationships with senior (VP and C-suite) stakeholders and leading value and ROI discussions.

• Strong passion for fostering customer centricity by engaging internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and executives.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Data-driven approach focused on achieving measurable outcomes.

• Enthusiasm for driving customer success and contributing to a high-performing, accountable work culture.
