Lead Engineer, Software – Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement technology strategies across software delivery teams.

• Create reusable components and establish engineering standards.

• Engage actively in code reviews to enhance engineering quality.

• Design and provide solutions for intricate business challenges.

• Promote engineering best practices, including test automation, CI/CD, telemetry, DevOps, and iterative delivery.

• Facilitate platform reuse and ensure a consistent developer experience among teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of pertinent software engineering experience.

• Extensive experience with Object-Oriented and Functional Programming.

• Over 7 years of hands-on coding experience in JavaScript or Python.

• Strong expertise with Node and React.

• Experience in delivering componentized and distributed architectures.

• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (preferably Azure).

• Solid software architecture skills, including the design and documentation of scalable and secure systems.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
