Lead Engineer – Offshore Wind

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee the engineering, preparation, and implementation of our offshore wind installation initiatives

• Create comprehensive method statements to guarantee safe and effective offshore operations

• Whether at sea or onshore, you will set a strong example through your leadership

• Provide innovative solutions, prioritize safety, and maintain a results-oriented focus

• Assess and validate Orcaflex analyses conducted by the engineering team

• Examine engineering reports, procedures, manuals, and method statements

• Compile work packages for project execution

• Convert theoretical knowledge into practical applications on-site, optimizing and leading operations as necessary

• Assist the project with immediate operational requirements and address project management inquiries

• Ensure effective planning, reporting, cost management, and budget monitoring

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Offshore or Marine Engineering

• Experience in subsea cable installation or offshore wind installation projects

• Willingness to work internationally on our vessels or projects and in the office

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills

• Practical mindset, dedication to safety, and enthusiasm for offshore innovation
