Lead Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create dependable systems that incorporate large language models into our offerings.

• Utilize AI tools such as Copilot and automation platforms to improve product functionalities and engineering productivity.

• Establish guidelines for AI-assisted development within the team.

• Conduct architectural assessments and reverse-engineering of legacy .NET applications to facilitate modernization efforts.

• Design and sustain web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core/Framework).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Over 10 years of experience in software development, including hands-on experience as a technical lead.

• Active involvement with AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).

• Practical experience in developing AI agents using Large Language Models (LLMs), including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET 8+, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.

• Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, Redux, and Next.js is a plus.

• Experience with SQL Server, MS-SQL Server, or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).

• Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.
