Lead Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for collaborating with leadership to define the technical direction of the program.

• Offer coaching and professional development to members of the engineering team.

• Act as a mentor, guiding the team’s engineers in their technical pursuits.

• Oversee team processes while identifying and implementing best practices.

• Enhance collaboration abilities to effectively partner with key stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and over 9 years of relevant experience.

• More than 2 years of experience in mentoring and coaching.

• In-depth knowledge of software development, customer engagement, formal and informal communication, and mentorship.

• Basic understanding of government contracting requirements and regulations.
