This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Act as the primary source for providing technical leadership on projects related to the FPSO E-House business.
• Collaborate with project management teams to lead and coordinate design teams in order to achieve project goals (quality, cost, delivery).
• Offer technical guidance and advice to customers.
• Identify and implement enhancements in processes, tools, and system solutions.
• Carry out the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects utilizing sound engineering principles while adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements.
• Oversee engineering deliverables.
• Plan and track all EIT installation designs, validate installation designs, and manage document flow monitoring.
• Provide technical support to resolve clashes and design errors that arise on-site.
• Generate design drawings, specifications, and documentation for EIT systems and their supporting equipment.
• Review technical drawings, documents, and electrical schematics to ensure technical compliance and functionality.
• Collaborate across functions, including Sales and ComOps, to provide technical assistance for tendering and sales support.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar site-based role within the FPSO, offshore oil and gas, and/or marine sectors.
• Strong communication skills to effectively manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in the offshore marine industry, particularly with FPSO E-houses.
• Proficient in design tools such as Autocad, Navisworks, E3D, and S3D.
• Capable of reading and writing technical specifications.
• Commitment to excellence in customer service.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
