This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
β’ Lead, mentor, and enhance the Salesforce Performance Analytics team.
β’ Propel the strategy and development of analytics, forecasting, insights, and AI-driven capabilities.
β’ Create a product and outcome-focused roadmap that aligns with business and Field priorities.
β’ Provide an enterprise-level perspective on analytics decisions while maintaining a close connection to Field requirements.
β’ Convert business needs into scalable analytics solutions that enhance decision-making and performance.
β’ Establish team priorities across support, improvements, and strategic capability development.
β’ Supervise service tickets, configuration modifications, and core data loading activities.
β’ Drive ongoing enhancements in platform usability, operational consistency, and team efficiency.
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate platform modifications, integration readiness, and user adoption.
β’ Uphold accountability for platform stability, operational health, and processes managed by administrators.
β’ 8-10 years of advancing experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or business intelligence.
β’ Knowledge and experience in health plan/payer or large provider systems.
β’ Proven leadership experience in establishing strategic direction.
β’ Proven ability to collaborate with senior sales leadership to define KPIs, enhance forecasting, and translate analytics into actionable sales strategies.
β’ Strong technical and analytical skills with tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
