This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversees the finance and contract compliance team executing the complete contract management processes.
• Works in partnership with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Monitors contract milestones and obligations.
• Reviews contract proposals and identifies potential risks.
• Assesses opportunities for cost reductions and performance enhancements.
• Engages with internal stakeholders to negotiate contract terms.
• Ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of the contract management processes.
• Provides leadership in inspiring team members to achieve finance and contract compliance objectives.
• 10-15 years of experience in finance, particularly in financial reporting, cost determination, underwriting, or related fields.
• Skilled in execution and delivery, encompassing planning, implementation, and support.
• Proficient in interpreting the business’s P&L statements and taking action based on data analysis.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Expertise in fostering a growth mindset, including agility and personal development for oneself and others.
• Ability to evaluate operational and legal risks and provide recommendations to senior leadership for mitigation.
