Lead Director, Finance Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee several analytics teams through Senior Managers.

• Define the overarching strategy, priorities, and performance benchmarks for analytics delivery.

• Cultivate a culture of accountability, business collaboration, and analytical excellence.

• Act as the main analytics partner for PS Finance leadership.

• Develop robust relationships with VP-level and executive stakeholders.

• Propel the advancement of analytics capabilities, including AI-driven analytics.

• Set standards, processes, and quality benchmarks for analytics work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related area.

• More than 5 years of leadership experience overseeing analytics teams.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating with VP-level or executive stakeholders.

• Strong expertise in reporting, dashboards, data visualization, exploratory analysis, and advanced analytics.

• Experience managing multiple analytics teams.
