This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research utilizing industry databases and market intelligence platforms (like ZoomInfo) to pinpoint prospective customers that fit target profiles.
• Gather contacts from trade publications, industry associations, conference attendee lists, and various business resources.
• Organize and compile prospect data into structured lead lists for qualification and outreach efforts.
• Collect, standardize, and sustain lead data from web forms, marketing campaigns, supplier referrals, trade shows, and other sources.
• Carry out ongoing database maintenance by eliminating duplicate records, rectifying formatting issues, verifying contact information, and filling in any missing data.
• Guarantee that all lead records conform to established data quality standards prior to entering them into the CRM.
• Accurately and promptly input qualified prospects into Salesforce CRM.
• Revise existing contact and company records, including updates for job titles, addresses, and communication preferences.
• Perform regular audits to uphold CRM data integrity and consistency.
• Address lead requests from the Inside Sales team by supplying organized prospect lists and relevant information.
• Direct qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives based on territory, market segment, or product line.
• Oversee lead assignments and follow-up actions to ensure proper management of sales opportunities.
• Produce recurring reports summarizing lead volume, lead sources, pipeline status, disposition, and other critical performance indicators (KPIs).
• Track lead aging and outstanding follow-up activities to facilitate timely sales engagement.
• Maintain precise reporting logs and activity records for Marketing and Sales leadership.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales support, marketing operations, lead generation, or data coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in using Salesforce CRM or a similar customer relationship management platform.
• Familiarity with market intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Hoovers, or comparable platforms.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, encompassing data organization, list management, and deduplication.
• Exceptional attention to detail, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining accurate and comprehensive data.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and process-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
