Lead Developer, PHP, React

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive technical management and continuous enhancement of our software ecosystem.

• Conceptualize, design, and plan new software projects from their inception to technical execution.

• Provide technical leadership to the development team, including task prioritization, offering technical guidance, and making architectural decisions.

• Ensure quality through code reviews and the ongoing development of best practices within the team.

• Extensive experience in developing complex web applications using PHP alongside React as the JavaScript framework.

• Strong proficiency in software architecture, system design, and planning for scalable applications.

• Demonstrated experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.

• Excellent command over code quality, testing methods, deployment processes, and version control.

• Highly developed capacity for making technical decisions and articulating them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in designing and executing new software projects, including effort estimation and creating technical roadmaps.

• High level of personal accountability and a structured approach to work.
