Lead Developer – IT Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of developers to manage the development, deployment, and maintenance of CDN services.

• Ensure the provision of scalable, high-performance systems while upholding service-level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate issues related to DDoS mitigation, web acceleration, SSL certification, and cloud services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer support, to facilitate seamless service delivery.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies in CDN and cloud services.

• Guide the team in establishing and upholding DevOps practices for efficient and effective service delivery.

• Ensure round-the-clock availability and timely resolution of production incidents and customer concerns.

• Cultivate a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in the tech industry, specializing in DDoS mitigation, Kong and Nginx, web acceleration, SSL certification, scalable systems, cloud services, DevOps, and managing 24x7 teams.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of engineers.

• Strong skills in problem-solving and troubleshooting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
