Lead Developer Experience – Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and actively influence infrastructure processes.

• Provide both disciplinary and technical guidance to the Developer Experience (DevEx) team.

• Enhance the first-responder process for better efficiency.

• Continuously advance the infrastructure to bolster IT security.

• Ensure that all procedures are in line with compliance certifications.

• Propel improvements in engineering productivity and internal standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have designed, operated, and developed complex production systems.

• Possess a developer mindset: tackle challenges with effective tools, clear processes, and significant automation.

• Be comfortable working within a modern cloud environment focused on AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Airflow, Prometheus, Go, Python, Kotlin, React, GitLab, and Atlassian tools.

• Provide clarity and guidance while actively listening — the success of team members is paramount.

• Bonus: experience with ISO 27001, BSI C5, or SOC 2; proficiency in German is advantageous but not mandatory.
