Lead Developer, Architect – Vue, Node, Laravel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In your role as the Lead Developer and Architect at LUMASERV, you will influence the technical direction of our web applications, engaging both strategically and directly with coding.

• You will serve as the primary liaison between the development teams and the founding team, crafting scalable, contemporary solutions for enterprise clients and the public sector.

• Conducting regular code reviews, you will aid in establishing best practices within the team.

• You will lead development teams in technical planning, ensuring clear direction and strategy are communicated.

• Participation in customer meetings will be part of your responsibilities, where you will evaluate the technical feasibility of features and projects.

• You will recommend suitable coding standards and architectural choices to ensure robust and future-proof solutions.

• Enhancing team productivity through process optimization and automation will be a key focus.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in development utilizing Vue, Node, and Laravel.

• Strong grasp of modern web standards, including SPAs, accessibility, and design systems.

• Proven experience in leading development teams.

• Expertise in database design and optimization, including SQL, MongoDB, and Supabase.

• Demonstrated capability in technical planning for large-scale applications and platforms.

• Familiarity with web protocols such as HTTP/RPC and documentation formats like Swagger/OpenAPI.

• Practical experience in employing AI models to enhance development efficiency.
