This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Design, architect, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions utilizing the latest machine learning, generative, and agentic AI technologies.
• Promote the utilization of contemporary AI frameworks, best practices in AI Operations, and scalable cloud-native architectures.
• Offer hands-on technical guidance, partnering with clients to transform business challenges into reliable AI solutions while ensuring adherence to responsible AI practices.
• Cultivate an environment of innovation, ongoing learning, and engineering excellence.
• Oversee, mentor, and develop a small team, emphasizing employee performance management and supporting their career growth.
• Provide leadership and direction for your team as you collaboratively tackle complex challenges.
• A minimum of a 2.1 degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Possess an in-depth understanding and experience in developing AI/ML models, including time series, supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and large language models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with the latest AI engineering techniques, such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI.
• Proficient in Python with a solid knowledge of software engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, code reviews, etc.).
• Skilled in data engineering for AI, capable of managing large-scale, unstructured, and multimodal data.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles, model interpretability, and ethical considerations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to lead client projects and articulate requirements in a non-technical manner.
• Must hold active UK Government Security Clearance.
