This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist in the development of complete GenAI applications including chatbots, voicebots, and Talk-to-Data systems, where you'll contribute to building: data ingestion, retrieval layers, orchestration (e.g., LangChain/LlamaIndex/LangGraph), APIs/backends, and simple user interfaces as necessary.
• Execute RAG pipelines utilizing vector databases, hybrid search, rerankers, query transformation, and evaluation frameworks to ensure relevance and robustness.
• Conduct model selection, develop prompting strategies, and fine-tune (LoRA/QLoRA/SFT) for text, code, and multimodal models, incorporating guardrails, output evaluation, and A/B testing.
• Integrate and optimize the interaction of LLMs with external tools, APIs, and data sources in a standardized and scalable manner using Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors.
• Understand business needs and translate challenges into technical objectives by defining tasks, assessing data feasibility, and identifying issues.
• Assist in the delivery of projects.
• Familiarity with the theoretical foundations of various deep learning concepts.
• Experience in Machine Learning (ML), particularly in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with an emphasis on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multimodal models.
• Proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming, along with a working knowledge of SQL and vector databases.
• Familiarity with tech stacks in Azure or GCP cloud environments.
• Knowledge of specific Deep Learning and GenAI libraries such as: NumPy, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, LangGraph, and GenAI APIs like OpenAI/Gemini.
• Experience with microservice architectures.
• Familiarity with code repositories and code assistants.
