This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Lead intricate data science and machine learning projects that enhance supply chain, manufacturing processes, capacity planning, demand forecasting, and operational decision-making.
• Design, develop, and take ownership of advanced machine learning solutions, including predictive models, time-series forecasting, optimization, and decision-support systems.
• Construct, train, assess, and interpret machine learning models to identify supply chain drivers, uncover optimization opportunities, and enhance operational results.
• Create and implement analytics and machine learning solutions using Databricks for extensive data processing, model creation, and experimentation.
• Design and develop multi-agent AI systems utilizing frameworks such as Azure AI Foundry, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or LangChain/LangGraph.
• Implement and expand solutions utilizing the MCP.
• Apply data science best practices, which include feature engineering, model validation, performance monitoring, reproducibility, and thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain & Procurement leadership, Manufacturing Operations, Process Engineering, Demand Planning, and IT departments.
• Develop and sustain self-service, automated, and AI-enabled analytics workflows.
• Utilize Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility to prototype and deploy AI-driven analytics tools.
• Generate executive-ready insights through effective storytelling using Power BI or embedded analytics.
• Set the technical direction, establish reusable machine learning and AI frameworks, and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level data scientists.
• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant data science/analytics experience (for Master’s degree) or 8+ years (for Bachelor’s degree).
• Proven experience delivering advanced machine learning and data science solutions in supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Strong hands-on expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling.
• High proficiency in Databricks (Python, SQL, PySpark, Delta Lake).
• Practical experience with the MCP.
• Hands-on experience with the design of multi-agent systems.
• Essential experience with Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into machine learning/AI solutions and effectively communicate findings to both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
