Lead Data Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee client and stakeholder data implementation projects, ensuring effective data integration and analytics delivery.

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, including the COO, CMO, Chief Nursing Officer, and clinical leadership teams.

• Guide and mentor data analysts and data product developers.

• Utilize advanced analytics to uncover performance trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for quality improvement.

• Create interactive dashboards and reports, preferably using Power BI.

• Establish and prioritize the data product roadmap.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into data products.

• Promote a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision-making throughout the organization.

• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• More than 5 years of experience in healthcare data analytics, including familiarity with health plan claims, clinical, and EMR data.

• Demonstrated experience in leading analytics or data product initiatives within healthcare organizations.

• Advanced skills in SQL and Power BI are required.

• Experience with Databricks, Python, or R for analytics is highly preferred.

• Outstanding data storytelling and communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex analytics for various audiences.

• Proven track record of successful collaboration across analytics, clinical, and business stakeholders.

• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and strategic decision-making skills.
