Lead, Data Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as a mentor, guiding a team of specialists while managing intricate data tasks.

• Promote operational excellence through mentorship, oversight of projects, and active participation in data onboarding, migration, conversion, and validation initiatives.

• Cultivate a collaborative team environment that enhances efficiency and quality in data delivery.

• Lead the onboarding and implementation processes for US and LATAM clients.

• Mentor and guide a team of Custodial Data Onboarding Specialists, aiding in their career development.

• Oversee the allocation, prioritization, and execution of the team’s workload to ensure timely project completion.

• Provide technical guidance and actively contribute to efforts in data onboarding, migration, conversion, and validation.

• Establish and uphold standardized processes to guarantee quality and consistency in client deliverables.

• Assist the team with issue resolution and proactively escalate any blockers.

• Collaborate with global teams across various functions, including Sales, Client Solutions, Product, and Engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technology and finance, with a background in client-facing or delivery roles.

• Previous experience in leading or mentoring others, formally or informally, with a proven ability to coach, influence, and achieve results.

• Strong expertise in portfolio, wealth, or investment management, along with familiarity with financial data structures.

• Proficient in SQL and Python, with knowledge of ETL workflows and data transformation logic.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly across cultural and functional divides.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• Solutions-oriented mindset, eager to innovate and improve processes.

• Experience in working with globally distributed teams and clients is essential.
