This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise data processing frameworks and solutions to ensure the effective transformation of structured and unstructured data into actionable insights on an enterprise level.
• Acquire data from various internal and external sources utilizing cloud-native platforms and adhering to software development best practices.
• Create software tools leveraging AI, ML, and big data technologies to convert data into insights that enhance member outcomes.
• Spearhead the construction of PCO Analytics' data warehouse utilizing Medallion architecture and Kimball modeling techniques.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish data governance frameworks and standards.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of technical experience in data engineering OR a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Proficient in Medallion architecture and Kimball dimensional modeling.
• Experience in integrating semantic and organizational data assets with leading AI platforms.
• Minimum of 2 years of project leadership experience.
• Advanced experience dealing with large and complex data sets in substantial organizations.
• Expertise in SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, or other data systems.
• At least 2 years of experience with dbt.
• Knowledgeable in understanding healthcare-related data.
• Must be able to work within the EST time zone.
